Due to the hiring of new employees, there is an influx of jobs that must be offered to seniority employees first. Apologies for the jobs not going up yesterday but the Union asked not to wait another week to post due to the time it takes to get these issued. With that said, 17 jobs will hit the jobs board Thursday 9-11-25 at 10:00am. The Union will also post these jobs on the website for viewing (See Post Below).
It is estimated new employees will arrive on or after September 29th, 2025. In some instance due to the efficiency of the business employees may be held in current positions longer than 2 weeks but no longer than 4 weeks from the effective date of the move. In no instance will this cause employees to be disadvantaged in pay if held longer in a current job. If you have any questions or need help applying for a new job, please contact your Union representation.

The Shop Committee would like to make the membership aware of the latest updates:
1. Fidelity will be adding two more days for private sessions on 10/13 and 10/14. Spots are filling up quickly. Please call Tashia Thomas in Benefits if you have an interest in participating. Tashia can be reached at 317-230-6818
2. EIS (Financial Planning) has postponed the September financial classes by one week. The new class dates are September 15th, 16th and will finish September 22nd and 23rd. 3. This Friday, for those who participated in the Shares Gifted (150 Shares), the one-year mark is up, and shares will be deposited in the Fidelity Individual accounts minus the shares that will be sold to pay the taxes. This transaction will happen Friday 9-12-25 for all those who are under 55 / signed up. Reminder if you are already 55 and signed up, this should have already happened.
