UAW/Rolls-royce cola update

The Shop Committee would like to update our membership on the December 2025 COLA. There has been a delay in getting the correct COLA numbers due to the October 2025 government shutdown. It appears likely there will be no October CPI-W released. The Union has been in touch with Detroit and has offered a proposal to Rolls-Royce on a solution. The Company has suggested we wait until December 18th when the November CPI is issued in hope, they will also release the October CPI. The Shop Committee will continue to work with the UAW International and Rolls-Royce management to fix the issue. Should a COLA increase be issued the Union will ask to have the increase retro back to the December 5th, 2025 date. As more information becomes available the Union will keep you up to date. All COLA information is contained in the 2025 UAW/Rolls-Royce National agreement (Starting at Paragraph 101b, page 38)
